Ingredients

  1. 300 gmFrench Green Beans / Beans Fali
  2. 1/4 cupChopped Garlic
  3. 3 tspOlive Oil / Any Oil
  4. 2 tspClarified Butter / Desi ghee
  5. 1 tspSoya Sauce
  6. 1/4 tspSalt
  7. as neededWater for Boiling

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Green Beans with Water and wipe it with towel.

  2. 2

    Then remove edges and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In hot boiling Water add all the Beans and let it cook until you get nice two-three times good boil (approx. 7-8Min).

  4. 4

    Strain the Water completely and keep the Beans aside.

  5. 5

    In a heating pan add 2 tsp of Olive Oil or any Oil of your choice and heat it.

  6. 6

    Add chopped Garlic into the pan and sauté Garlic cloves for few min. (do not sauté too much or else it tastes bitter)

  7. 7

    Furthermore, add cooked Beans and mix well.

  8. 8

    Add 1 tsp of Soya Sauce.

  9. 9

    Then add ¼ tsp of Salt into the pan and cook on low flame until Beans changes it's colour and gets little crispy.

  10. 10

    Add 2 tsp of melted butter and give a nice mix.

  11. 11

    Garlic String Beans is now ready to serve with Vinegar Chinese Sauce.
