Ingredients

  • 2 CupsCanned Chickpeas (drained)
  • 4 Tablespoonspreserved chickpea water
  • 2/3 CupTahini Sauce
  • 1 CloveGarlic
  • 10 TablespoonsLemon juice
  • 12 dashHot Sauce
  • 3 Teaspoonssalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince the garlic clove in a food processor. Add all the other ingredients and mix in the food processor. Add 4 tablespoons of preserved chickpea water and mix until you have a smooth paste consistency. Add salt to taste. Makes approx 500g
