Steps

In a heating pan, add 4 tsp of Oil, ½ tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai), ½ tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), ½ tsp of Sesame Seeds, ½ tsp of Fennel Seeds, ¼ tsp of Asafetida, boiled and mashed Potatoes and mix well.

Then add ¾ tsp Red Chilli powder, ¼ tsp of Turmeric powder, ¾ tsp of Coriander Powder, ½ tsp of Garam Masala, ¼ tsp of Sugar, ½ tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Lemon Juice and freshly chopped Coriander leaves and mix well.

Then take the one Puff pastry sheets and cut into six equal squares.

Add spoonful of Potato stuffing and give a triangle fold by sealing the edges.

Similar way, make all 12 Puffs, seal the edges with the help of fork and keep aside.

Then on a baking tray grease the plate or place the parchment paper on baking tray and give a Milk wash to all Veg Puffs.

Preheat the Oven at 180° C for 7 Min and bake for 20 Min.

Baked Veg Puff is ready to serve hot with Mayonnaise Sauce.
