Grind the urad dal in mixture grinder.

Not finely..little rough

Heat the pan..add oil

When oil becomes hot..add mustard seeds and dry chilli

Stir for a while.then add coriander seeds

Now add the crushed urad dal

Stir for5minutes..then add ginger garlic paste

Mix it nicely,then add turmeric powder and salt

Again stir,add water as required

When it becomes tender,switch off the flame

Ready to serve with rice
