Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted rava
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. leavesFew curry
  4. ½ tspCumin and mustard seed
  5. 1 tspGinger chopped
  6. 2Green chilli sliced
  7. 1Dry red chilli
  8. As neededCoconut
  9. 2 tbspOil
  10. 1/2 tspUrad and Chana dal
  11. 1Onion chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan add cumin seeds and mustard seeds red dry chilli crackle add chopped onion

  2. 2

    When onion little brown then add ginger curry leaves etc and sauté well or raw smell goes of.

  3. 3

    Now add roasted samolina little again roast it feels to light add 2 cups of hot water add salt and mix well

  4. 4

    It leaves the pan now add coconut grated and mix well switch of the gas

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney it’s yummy and healthy
