Ingredients

  • 4-5potatoes
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 2 tspchopped ginger
  • 5-6chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2Garam masala
  • 2-3oil/ghee
  • 1/2 tspfenugreek seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the pan add ghee cumin seeds and fenugreek seed now add ginger and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion cook little add all masala except garam masala now add tomatoes till it soft.

  3. 3

    Add water and peeled and chopped potatoes cover and cook till potatoes are soft.Serve and enjoy.
