Ingredients

  1. 2boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. 1/2 Cespresso powder
  3. 1 tfresh thyme; minced
  4. 1 tground cardamom
  5. 1/2 tground celery seed
  6. 1/2 tground coriander seed
  7. 1 Tturbinado sugar
  8. 1/2 Choney
  9. 1/4 tonion powder
  10. 1/4 tgarlic powder
  11. 2 tbrown sugar
  12. evoo; as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Toss chicken with enough oil to coat. Season with everything except honey and turbindao sugar. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°.

  2. 2

    Pour honey atop chicken and sprinkle turbinado sugar during last 5 minutes of baking.

  3. 3

    Variations; Ground coffee beans, applewood seasoning, bacon fat, crushed nut topping, mustard, ground jalapeño powder, cayenne, mole, cumin, herbes de provence, lavender

  4. 4

    Optional: Serve with almond pesto
