Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 2onion finely chopped
  3. 2green chilli finely chopped
  4. Handfulchopped coriander leaves
  5. 2 spoonkasuri methi
  6. 1/2 spoonajwain and turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl. Except oil add all the ingredients well

  2. 2

    Make a dow with water. Rest for 5 minute.

  3. 3

    Heat tava on medium flame

  4. 4

    Take a small ball. Roll it thin and round. Put it on heated tava

  5. 5

    Cook it from both side.

  6. 6

    Then apply some oil to the paratha to both the side.zCook for a while.

  7. 7

    Make all the paratha. Serve with mango pickle.
