Steps

Soak rice lentils and fenugreek seeds. Wash and grind

Add baking soda in batter. Cover and let it fermented. For 7 to 8 hrs

Add 3 tspn oil in a wok add onion. Curry leaves dry spices and mashed boiled potatoes. Add salt and cook it

Now on a nonstick add 2 drops of oil and let it wipe with tissue paper. Pour 1 big spoon full batter spread it evenly. Add little bit oil. Let it cook well now fill the prepared potato filling fold it and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.
