In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, tahini, salt, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.

Cut the toasted pita bread into cubes, then add a little of the chickpea cooking water with some salt and lemon juice.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the bread cubes until fully covered.

Sprinkle with the spices and chopped parsley, then heat a little oil or butter and drizzle it on top.

Serve hot with pickles.
