Pozole Verde
A family tradition from Zacatecas.
Steps

Cook the pork and chicken with the onion, garlic, and salt to taste. When the chicken is fully cooked, shred it and return it to the pot along with the hominy.

Once the meat is cooked, blend the bouillon, pickled peppers, and cilantro to taste, then add the mixture to the pot.
- 3
Simmer until the hominy is completely tender and the meat is soft.

Serve with tostadas, lime wedges, and shredded lettuce.
