300 gdawaat rice
1 pinchsalt
3 tbscooking oil
1 tbsturmeric powder

Boil double amount of water as rice then add salt, cooking oil and turmeric powder

After it has boiled, add the rice and cover to boil under low heat

After the water is diminished, remove from heat.

Cool and serve with your favorite protein.
