It's a typical bengali dish
Steps

Fish clean with water and marinate with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Heat a pan with mustard oil and shallow fry the fish and keep aside.

In a same pan add kalunji and let it splutter

Add chopped onion fry till it become soft. Add chopped tomato and saute.

Add all masala and fry till oil separtes from it.

Add mustard powder, 1/2 of the coriander leaves paste and saute. Add hot water salt and fish cook for 10 min on high flame.

Fish is ready to be served. Garnish with coriander leaves
