Take yogurt in a big vessel.

Blend properly. Add gram flour and blend.

No lumps should be there.

Add salt and turmeric powder

Blend properly and add 1 litre of water. Mix properly and keep aside.

Now take all the ingredients in a plate so that it's easy to use while cooking.

Now take a big wok. Add ghee. Heat. Add all the above ingredients. Fry.

Now in this mixture add curd & gram flour mixture.

Keep stirring till first boil on high flame. After it starts boiling cook on medium flame for 30 min.

Meanwhile make pakoras. Take gram flour, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl

Add water and make batter for pakoras. Keep aside for 20 min.

Now make pakoras

Add these pakoras in kadi.

Mix properly and cook for 5 more minutes

Now take a small pan. Add ghee. Heat. Switch off the gas. Add red chilli powder and asafoetida. Pour this tadka on kadi.
