  1. Fresh cat fish
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Onion
  4. Garlic
  5. Ginger
  6. cubeSeasoning
  7. Serve hot especially in this weather

    Wash all veggies and fish

  2. 2

    Blend all ingredients together add water and seasoning.

  3. 3

    Cook for about an hour

  4. 4

    Add fresh fish and cook for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve hot especially in this weather
