Cooking Instructions

Butter pie plate. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in to coat

Toss gruyere, ham and scallions in a bowl, mix with hands until well combined. Dump in pie plate
- 3
Add flour, salt, pepper, baking powder to a bowl. Slowly whisk in half and half, then add eggs and whisk. Add in butter, nutmeg and mustard and mix until well combined.

Dump liquid into pie plate. Put on BOTTOM rack of oven at 350° for 35 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Hello everyone, I woke up this morning thinking that I should try something different this time and not post on Monday like I usually do, and post today. With so many variations of pies in the Greek Cuisine from Cheese, Spinach, Meat. Leek, Caseropita, and even Fish, sometimes I find it hard which one to make. I had some left over Ham from some sandwiches I had made for my husband to take along to work. I cubed the Ham and added some cheese mixed the rest of the ingredients and Voilá it was ready to bake.
