1st meal I made after 6weeks of recovering from a broken ankle. I chose to make this simple simple meal because I still can't walk on my own without crutches so I wanted to make something that will be quick and effortless. So I opted for chicken and green salad.

1st meal I made after 6weeks of recovering from a broken ankle. I chose to make this simple simple meal because I still can't walk on my own without crutches so I wanted to make something that will be quick and effortless. So I opted for chicken and green salad.

For the meat, you add the water lemon juice and chicken spice. You mix it together pour over the chicken in the pot. I decided to boil the meat on low heat until the water disappeared and fried it a bit in it's own fat. It was melting in my mouth.

Chop all the vegetables into chunks. Throw into a bowl Sprinkle some arromat and add some salad dressing to your liking. Enjoy.
