Steps

First peel the carrots and then grate them...

Add ghee in a pan and saute the carrots for 2 mins....

Add milk and stir continuously till all the milk is absorbed by the carrots......

Now add sugar and stir till it till the consistency becomes thick......

Now add cardamom powder and the dry fruits...
