1 cupdaal masoor soaked for 4 hours and coarsely grinded
2 tbspmint coriander green chilli paste
1 tbsplemon juice
to tasteSalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspchat masala
1 tspgaram masala
2onions sliced and rings separated
as neededOil for frying

In a bowl add above mentioned ingredients except onion and make a thick batter.

Dip onion rings roughly in this batter and deep fry until they golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with chutney
