Homemade Badam powder is a nutrition rich powder. Which is a great health drink for kids and toddlers. It is a healthy alternative to the commercial health drinks. It is fully loaded with protein rich ingredients. It is so tasty and healthy.

Boil water, add almonds or badam, let it boil for 3 minutes.

Turn off the flame, add normal cold water, strain it.

Spread on clean cloth, peel off, again spread on dry cloth for 3-4 hours.

In low flame fry for ten minutes.

Keep aside till warm.

Fry the remaining ingredients except candy sugar for 5 minutes in low flame.

Keep aside until cool in room temperature.

Now add in Mixie with candy sugar.

Grind into a fine powder.

Spread the powder on dry plate minimum one hour.

Store in airtight jar for three months minimum.

Use in required time by boiling a cup of milk, add a tsp of powder.

Stir and boil once, have it either hot or cold.
