Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmtaro stem cut and steamed
  2. 1/2 cupboiled Bengal gram
  3. 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
  4. 1 tspnigella seeds
  5. 4-5green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededmustard oil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies chopped

  2. 2

    Now add the steamed taro stem.

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover it till it become soft and moist

  4. 4

    Now add red chilli Powder,Bengal gram and mix well

  5. 5

    Add coconut and mix well adding sugar

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice
