This in my recipe. As I made chaap with garlic and whole spices. After that it marinated with spices and curd and make in white gravy.

This in my recipe. As I made chaap with garlic and whole spices. After that it marinated with spices and curd and make in white gravy.
Steps

First remove the stock of chaap and cut into pieces.and

Now grind cashew and whole spices.

Now add crushed garlic and cashew paste to chaap pieces.

Now mix curd, malai, salt, crushed kasoori methi and chana masala.

Mix properly and keep in freeze for 2 hour for marination.

Now heat a pan add ghee and fry these chaap pieces.

Now fry till brown in colour

Now cut onion in four pieces and take each layer separate.

Now take out chap from pan and fry onion in the remaining ghee.

Now cut capsicum and tomato in big pieces.

Now add tomato and capsicum in onion and fry on high flame.

Now add chaap and mixture and 1/2 c water.

Cook till gravy coated on chaap.

Switch off the gas and add cream.

Mix well and serve.
