Steps

In a pan heat butter and add semolina. Roast until light golden brown.

Add masoor daal and cook until all water absorbed and butter leaves sides

Add milk powder and cook for one minute

Add milk and cook until butter leaves side

Add sugar and cook. Add orange colour as once boiled the masoor daal colour becomes lighter

Cook until it forms lump

Remove in a serving plate

With a knife decorate the halwa

Decorate with fondant flowers or any decoration you have
