Steps

Heat up a pan and add ghee

Add jeera and let it splutter

Add vegetables,stir for a min and add salt

Add whey liquid and let it come to boil

Add oats, cover and cook on slow flame

Finally garnish with garam masala, coriander leaves and plenty of cashews.

Serve it with tomato,chilli and peanut chutney or any other of your choice.
