Take 1 cup of Sooji.

Take a wok add 1 1/2 cup water,chilliflake,&salt.

When water boils add Sooji slowly &mix continuously.

The dough is ready.

On your palm add little oil mashel the dough to make smoothin hot.makes balls.

Take a steamer,add water, and another plate greased &put the ball.Steam the balls more about 10 mints.

Heat a pan add 1/2tbsp ghee,add Hing,punchfutan,redchilli&chopped currypatta crackle for a mints.

Add the balls,flip it 1 mints.

Sooji lollipop is ready,sprinckle chopped corriender leaves serve with any type of chutney or schezwan chutney.I can use chanadal, coconut,ginger,greenchilli,currypatta,salt,&curd mix chutney.
