Sprouts-paneer sandwich

Put ghee in a frying pan, put jeera and then fry onion and green chillies for 3-4 minutes

Then put tomatoes and fry for another one minute. Then put sprouts and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then take out the mixture in a big bowl.

Mix the sprouts mixture with grated paneer.

Take 2 bread, spread curd on one bread and spread tomato sauce on another bread. Fill the mixture in between.

Now you can grill the sandwich in toaster, you can cook it on Tava with little bit of ghee, you can also cook this sandwich in sandwich maker.
