Boil the milk well

Keep one cup milk aside in a bowl

Dissolve the jaggery into it

Now wash the rice and add into the boiling milk

Keep it on a low flame and let the rice to cook well

As the rice become soft add the jaggery soaked milk

Boil the kheer well

Cool it down and serve
