Steps

Roast Sooji in Microwave for 5 mins on quick mode..in between stirring after 2mins.Or Roast in Kadhai on Low Flame for 8-10mins.Cool completely before using.

Now in flat bottom dish,add Amul Ghee.With your right hand palm start whipping in clockwise direction...for 2mins..till it becomes fluffy.

Add Powdered Sugar.. Mix welland again start whipping in clockwise direction with right hand palm...for 5minutes.

Whip this Ghee-Sugar mixture to Creamy white mixture..

Add roasted & Cooled Sooji.Mix well.Add Cardamom powder.

Take a Lemon Size portion from Prepare Sooji Mixture..Make round Smooth Ladoo.

Prepare Sooji Phiniyaa Ladoos..Similarly with Remaining Sooji Mixture.Place them in paper Cups.

Garnish with Pistachio flakes. As Shown
