Tandoori soya chaap

Soak soyabeans for overnight in water. Then drain it, place it in mixer jar and blend it to make smooth paste.

Boil soya nuggets for 5 min and then wash it in cold water. Blend it in mixer to make smooth paste.

In a bowl, add soyabeans paste, soya nuggets paste, wheat flour, all purpose flour and salt. Knead a soft dough and rest it for 1/2 hour.

Take some portion of dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin. Cut it in to long strips and arrange it on ice cream sticks.

Boil the all siya chaap in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, then cool it

For marination, mix all ingredients very well.

Put all soya chaap in marination and mix it. Keep it in refrigerator for 1hour.

Then grill the soya chaap in grilling pan, add some ghee/ butter and grill it both sides.

Heat coal on gas stove.

Place all soya chaap on the plate,put small bowl on the soya chaap, put heated coal in this bowl,add ghee on the top of the coal and immediately cover it with big bowl.

After 10 minutes, open the bowl cover and remove coal bowl.

Serve it with green coriander chutney.
