I mix north with south.
Steps

First peel and wash pumpkin.

Cut in small pieces.

Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,methi seeds and asfetodia.

Now add curry leaves, raisins and red chilli and fry for 1 minutes.

Now add tomato and salt fry it.

Now add all spices and pumpkin.

Mix well and cover the pan.

Cook till almost cook.

Now add jaggery and dry mango powder. Cook for 2 minutes more.

Switch off the gas.
