Ingredients

  1. 250 gmboiled black gram chana
  2. 100 gmsprouted mung or matki
  3. 2-3onions finely chopped
  4. 2-3tomatoes chopped
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to taste chaat masala
  7. 2chopped green chillies
  8. 1/2ripe mango finely chopped
  9. 1 tspFresh mint and coriander leaves finely chopped
  10. Murmura shev and pudina chutney is optional

Steps

  1. 1

    First collect all the ingredients in a bowl

    Now mix all the ingredients sprouts and salt chaat masala etc
