Ingredients

  • 250 gmboiled black gram chana
  • 100 gmsprouted mung or matki
  • 2-3onions finely chopped
  • 2-3tomatoes chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • to taste chaat masala
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1/2ripe mango finely chopped
  • 1 tspFresh mint and coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Murmura shev and pudina chutney is optional

Steps

  1. 1

    First collect all the ingredients in a bowl

    Now mix all the ingredients sprouts and salt chaat masala etc
