Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl

Add water gradually while mixing

Add oil once mixture is incorporated

Knead for about 8-10 minutes until rubbery texture

Cover bowl with cling wrap and a blanket and put in a warm place to rise double its size (about 30 minutes)

Knead down (about 3 minutes) and put the dough in a well oiled bread pan

Let it rise again (to the top of the pan)

Preheat the oven to 200 C (446 F)

When risen, bake for 30 minutes or until light brown crust and a baking pin is clean

I have also baked this succesfuly at 180 C (350 F) for 30 minutes
