  1. 2 TbspKorma curry powder
  2. 150 gChicken Breast
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. CubeChicken Stock
  5. 75 gBrown Rice
  6. 2 TbspNatural Greek Yogurt
  7. 1Apple
  8. 1onion chopped (not in picture)
  9. 1 TbspVegetable oil
  10. 2 tspcorn flour
  11. 400 mlCold water

    Boil the Rice as per the instructions about 25 mins

  2. 2

    Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, chop the garlic, chop the onion, cut the apple into small cubes, slice the banana,

    Heat the oil in a large pan or Wok, add the chicken, garlic onion and apple. Fry for 3 to 4 mins on a high heat.

    Add the stock cube and water. Cook until the liquid reduces, about 5 or 6 mins

    At this stage you can add corn flour to thicken the liquid if required

  6. 6

    Just before you serve the Curry, add the sliced banana and yoghurt and warm through for 1 min.

    Serve with the rice.
