Chicken Korma Curry with Banana for 1 person

Boil the Rice as per the instructions about 25 mins

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, chop the garlic, chop the onion, cut the apple into small cubes, slice the banana,

Heat the oil in a large pan or Wok, add the chicken, garlic onion and apple. Fry for 3 to 4 mins on a high heat.

Add the stock cube and water. Cook until the liquid reduces, about 5 or 6 mins

At this stage you can add corn flour to thicken the liquid if required

Just before you serve the Curry, add the sliced banana and yoghurt and warm through for 1 min.

Serve with the rice.
