Ham balls

Had leftover Ham from Easter, and a couple different things in the fridge. Seems like you can stuff anything into some dough and it's delish. You could probably use a whole 8oz of cream cheese for extra creaminess

Fried meatballs Fried meatballs
Fried meatballs are a classic, fast, easy and super delicious second course of meat! Typical of our Italian cuisine; a delicious variant of the legendary meatballs with sauce and the lighter baked meatballs! They are made with minced meat, cheese, bread, eggs and flavorings of your choice. A tasty dough that is rolled in your hands where the meatballs take a round shape and in a few minutes they are fried in frying oil. Imagine some morsels golden on the surface and soft to the bite, with a rustic flavor: the best fried meatballs in the world! Martha Maldonado -

Ham and bacon cheese ball Ham and bacon cheese ball
Growing up it seemed like all the store bought "cheese balls" only had the good stuff on the outside. Me amd my mom played around with different ingredients and came up with this! The longer it sits and the flavors mix the better it tastes! It has been my go to recipe for parties since I became an adult, I always have people asking for the recipe. It's so easy and you can add more or less of the ingredients, you just can't go wrong! magsMagee -
