Steps

Combine all the dry ingredients

Add the olive oil and lukewarm water

Knead with the Kenwood dough hook for 5 minutes at the lowest speed or by hand for about 20 - 30 minutes (until rubbery)

Put in a warm place to rise twice its size (approximately 1 1/2 hours

Knead off for about 5 minutes

Form your dough and put in a bread pan, lined with butter

Let rise again for about 30 min’s
- 8
Bake at 180 C (350 F) for about 20 – 30 min’s.
