Ingredients: For balls :; 3 medium sized pototoes; 1/2 capsicum; handful coriander; 1 packet corn (boiled); 1/2 Capsicum chop finely; 2 green chilles; 2 cubes cheese; for seasoning Black pepper Powder; to taste Salt; as required Oregano; for seasoning Chilli flakes; for coating Bread crumbs; For slurry; 2 spoon maida; 1tsp cornflour; pinch Salt; Mix all and Make paste

1tsp cornflour

Mix all and Make paste

Mix all ingredients for balls together and make small round balls out of then

Then make slurry, dip it in slurry

Then roll it in bread crumbs nicely..

Refrigerate for 30-40mins

Deep fry.. Serve hot with Scezhwan sauce or Maggi hot and sweet sauce.
