Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  1. 500 gmFish
  2. 1 cupBread Crumbs
  3. 1-2Egg
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Salt as required
  6. 1 tspWhite pepper powder
  7. 1 tspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the fish into figure shape

  2. 2

    Wash it and apply salt, white pepper and lemon juice

  3. 3

    In a bowl beat the eggs

  4. 4

    In a pan add oil

  5. 5

    Take the fish out into the beaten eggs

  6. 6

    And coat it with crumbs

  7. 7

    And deep fry it

  8. 8

    Cook until golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve it with ketchup and onion rings
