Ingredients

  • 200 gfresh salmon
  • 4capers
  • 1avocado
  • 10-20 gred onion
  • Balsamic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Make mashed avocado with the help of fork.

  2. 2

    Cut the onions and capers into tiny pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients and put them into culinary forming ring. It will be first level of our dish.

  4. 4

    Put chopped salmon on the top. Remove the ring. Your perfect tartare is ready!!! Bon appet
