Steps

Peel irish potato and cut in strip, wash and drain then add salt, maggi, black pepper and set it aside;

Heat up frying pan add veg oil for frying and once the oil is hot, fry irish potato and drain in a sieve once its ready

Serve with sausages and grilled chicken with any sauce of your choice
