Spicy prawn rice

Steps

Marinate prawns adding salt,turmeric,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste curd,tanduri masala powder,red chilli sauce,lemon juice,kasuri methi for atleast 1 hour.

Wash rice and soak in water for15 minutes

Add oil into pan. Add fenugric seed,dry red chilli and cinnamon.

Add chopped onion. Saute till golden brown.

Add green chillies.

Add chopped tomatoes. Add salt and using lid cook until tomatoes will be cooked well.

Add marinated prawns. Cook well.

Add rice. Saute for2 minutes. Add 4 cups water.

Cook in low flame using lid and keep stirring.

When water will evaporate add garam masala and ghee.

Serve hot.
