  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 1 cupbesan
  5. 2 cubecheese
  6. 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1.5 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. pinchHing
  12. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  13. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  14. 2-3 tspoil
  15. For tadka
  16. 1 tspSesame seeds
  17. 8-10curry leaves
  18. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  19. pinchHing
  20. 1chopped green chilli
  21. 1-2 tspDesiccated Coconut

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In one bowl add beetroot water,

    Simple water,besan,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder hing, ginger garlic paste,salt,oil

    Mix it well

    Put bowl in microwave for 2 minutes setting the highest degree temperature

    Take it out stir it well

    Now put bowl in microwave again for 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Take it out and stir it well repeat this process one more time for 2 minutes

    It's becoming quite thik now stir it well

    Microwave it for 1 minutes more

  10. 10

    Smoothly stir it

  11. 11

    Microwaved it for total 8 minutes at highest degree temp

    Spread it in plate or tray

    Let it set for 15 minutes

    After 15 minutes cut it into 2 inch wide pieces 6 inch long pieces

    Great cheese on it add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves

    Cut it into half

    Fold it with fingers

    For tadka

    Heat the oil in pan add sesame seeds,curry leaves, mustard seeds,hing,green chilli

    Turn off the flame

  21. 21

    Put the tadka on top of the khandvi,garnish it Green coriander leaves and dessicated coconut
