Take potato in a bowl and all spices and paneer mix well.

Now take bread slice and trim the edges.begien to roll the bread slices with rolling pin to flatten then just like puri.place one ball towards one end and being to roll.stick the edges together and seal with natural gum the inner filling.

Transfer them to a plate until the roll dry up then the edge.heat the oil in karahi now add rolls and cook it take nice golden colour. Remove the plate.serve it with red spicy chutani.
