I. Love. Bread. Being on the paleo diet restricts you from grains and other processed foods. My mom came up with this recipe to help me get over my cravings. This bread is a perfect little treat to having in the morning, or as a late night snack!

I. Love. Bread. Being on the paleo diet restricts you from grains and other processed foods. My mom came up with this recipe to help me get over my cravings. This bread is a perfect little treat to having in the morning, or as a late night snack!
Steps

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all dry indgredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Combine all wet ingredients and whisk together well.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and begin to mix together.

Spray 8x4 pan with cooking spray and line with wax paper. Add bread mixture and snooth out top.

Bake for 40 minutes and check to see if it is done by using a toothpick. (Poke break in center, if the toothpick comes out clean the bread is done)

Put whole container on cooling rack for 20 minutes.

Take bread out of container and continue to pet it cool down.

When bread is cool, carefully remove wax paper and cut into 10-12 slices. Enjoy!

Will keep for a week in the fridge and up to 3 months in freezer.
