Steps

Heat the pan take ghee add besan & mix well.

Flame should be low, roast besan till it colour changes & fragrance too

When besan turns golden brown spread 1 spoon water it creates bubbles.

Mix well & cook till all water get absorbs.

Switch off the flame & wait for besan get cool.
- 6
When besan is cool or warm add dryfruits & sugar Bura.
- 7
With hands mix all properly & make ladoo.
