Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramboiled peas
  2. 2 cuprefined flour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 4 spoonRefined oil
  5. 1 pinchEdible orange colour
  6. 1 pinchBaking soda
  7. Water
  8. 1/8 spoonTurmeric powder
  9. 1 spoonginger chilli paste
  10. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 spoonGaram masala
  12. 1/4 spoonDried mango powder

Steps

35 minuted
  1. 1

    Mix refined flour,salt,soda and 2 spoon oil in a vessel

  2. 2

    Knead a soft dough by adding water

  3. 3

    Heat 2 spoon oil in a pan and add ginger chilli paste

  4. 4

    Add boiled peas,salt and all spices

  5. 5

    Cover for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Mash with masher and let it cool

  7. 7

    Mix 2 drop water in edible colour

  8. 8

    Make 15 balls from the dough and roll into thick puris

  9. 9

    Put peas stuffing in center and fold in cylindrical shape

  10. 10

    Seal the openings by applying water

  11. 11

    Dip fork in colour and press on edges of peas roll

  12. 12

    Apply oil with brush and put in preheated oven

  13. 13

    Bake for 20 minutes on 200°

  14. 14

    Serve with sauce
