Mix refined flour,salt,soda and 2 spoon oil in a vessel

Knead a soft dough by adding water

Heat 2 spoon oil in a pan and add ginger chilli paste

Add boiled peas,salt and all spices

Cover for 5 minutes

Mash with masher and let it cool

Mix 2 drop water in edible colour

Make 15 balls from the dough and roll into thick puris

Put peas stuffing in center and fold in cylindrical shape

Seal the openings by applying water

Dip fork in colour and press on edges of peas roll

Apply oil with brush and put in preheated oven

Bake for 20 minutes on 200°

Serve with sauce
