So soft and tasty... My favorite chapatis to cook and eat.

Put the hot water in a large bowl and mix in the salt and carrots.

Slowly add in the flour as you carefully combine the ingredients.

Once it’s sticky, start mixing with your hands adding in a little flour

Add in 2 tablespoon of cooking oil and continue to knead the dough
- 5
Keep kneading as you add in the flour until it’s not sticking to your hands

Let the dough to rest for at least half an hour. When the dough is cool, apply some margarine onto your palms and apply it onto the ball of dough

Clean your work surface, dust it with some flour and cut out small balls from it.

Roll each ball apply oil and roll it up into a strip and a ball again. Do this for all of the remaining balls

Now roll out the ball dough into a circle and fry on a hot pan as you add a little oil till brown on both sides. Repeat this for all of the dough and serve your chapatis with a stew of your choice
