#festivesavories. Crispy and crunchy sev bhujiya made by besan is a very famous snack in india. Dishes like pani puri, sev puri, bhel, chat etc are incomplete without sev. It can be store for at least 1 month also.
Steps

Sleeves the besan. Then add haldi and red chilli powder. Salt as per taste

Add 2 spoon hot oil in that besan

Mix it with little water ti make a soft dow
- 4
Take this kitchen press (sev machine)

Take your choice of ring means how u want to make the sev. Very thin or thick. I have made thin sev

Fill the dow to that machine. Tight the cup of the machine

Heat a kadhayi. Put oil in that. When the oil get heated then gently press the machine. Sev will fall in the hot oil easily. Make 2 or 3 round of that. Fry it till turns golden and crispy.

Repeat the process your sev bhujiya is ready to eat

Enjoy bhel, chaat sev puri with thi sev bhujiya
