Boil noodles and refresh with cold water.
Cut vegetables into juliennes. - 2
Heat oil add vegetables and saute,add chilli sauce,soya sauce,vinegar salt and red chilli flax.

Now add noodles and toss gently.

Now mix cornflour into 2 tbsp water.

Add cornflour into noodles mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Allow to cool. Stuffing is ready.

Take a bread slice and dip into salted water and squeeze it.

Then take a spoon of filling and put in on the bread slice and make an oval shape roll.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the rolls in hot oil. for a minute.

Then fry on medium flame stirring occasionally till rolls turns golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce.
