Ingredients

  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 150 gmscooked / steamed rice
  • 2 tspghee or olive oil
  • 1tomato pureed
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste (rice has salt too)
  • leavesCoriander
  • Dried methi leaves (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a deep bottom Pan. Add mustard seeds to crackle. Add tomatoes. Cook well. Add salt & species. Add rice & simmer for 5-7 minutes. Garnish coriander leaves (I was out of stock)

    Serve with buttermilk or curd
