Ingredients

  • 1/ C corn meal
  • 1 1/2 cflour
  • 2/3 Csugar
  • 1 Tbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/3 Coil
  • 3 Tmelted butter
  • 1 Thoney
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1 1/4 Cmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  3. 3

    Add oil, melted butter, honey, eggs, milk.

  4. 4

    Pour into greased 8 inch square pan and bake 25 minutes.
